You can rely on our team of around 50 lawyers and tax experts for all your real estate questions. We advise throughout the whole real estate ‘life cycle’, from the acquisition of property to financing and project development and from planning and development to sale and lease.

Are you looking for comprehensive advice for your project? Profit from our expertise in real estate law coupled with our broad commercial and tax law know-how. Where appropriate, we will assemble a team from various practice groups and offices to suit your needs. Our notaries manage all negotiations in an impartial manner.

Project development

We advise on all aspects of public construction and planning law and building permit proceedings during land and project development.

You can find more information in our legal area Public Law.

Preparations for construction work

Construction contracts (e.g., individual awards, prime and general contractors, guaranteed maximum price) and architecture agreements form the legal basis for construction projects. We draft and advise on these contracts and on private construction and architecture law, as well as procurement law, where appropriate.

Support during all phases of construction

Our support covers issues such as defects, delays, inspections and approvals, guarantees and warranties, and payment.

Marketing

Successful marketing requires the drafting and negotiation of agreements with real estate agents (exclusive and open listings), property and asset management agreements, and lease agreements (business, residential, hotel, retail, and logistics). Our expertise in brokerage, tenancy and tax law gives you certainty.

Transactions

We structure sale and purchase transactions (including from a tax law perspective), review financial documents, conduct due diligence assessments, and lead contractual negotiations. We take a holistic approach, focusing on corporate, tax, capital market and banking law aspects, in addition to real estate law.
