Online info event: Supply Chain Act

Since the beginning of the year, the Supply Chain Sourcing Act has been in force for companies with more than 3000 employees. From 2024, this will also apply to companies with more than 1000 employees.

On March 27, 2023, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., an online seminar will be held by wvib Schwarzwald AG.

Our expert Dr. Daniel Walden clarifies the legal framework, sanctions and risk analysis of the supply chain due diligence act. Susanne Rademacher is also among the speakers and in her lecture she will relate the LkSG to German companies in view of the cooperation with suppliers or subsidiaries in China.
